On Thursday 10th December we are pleased to welcome Stephen Allen of Elevate.

Stephen leads Elevate’s work ensuring that their offerings solve business-of-law problems that law departments and law firms face now and will confront in the future. Work includes directing the integration of our consulting, technology, and service offerings at an enterprise level, bringing the best of Elevate to opportunities that tomorrow’s market will present. Also runs Elevate consulting, strategic pricing, and account management.

In the session Stephen will look at the state of the market, the demand on our clients, the competition in the market and what law firm leadership can do to not just survive the storm – but to harness the wind.
