Litig Agenda for 14th December 2017 Delegate Meeting Announced

The agenda for Litig’s next Delegate Meeting has been announced and it is a really strong line up. As well as our core updates and internal content:

We start with a really interesting session “Defending Your Company – It’s not JUST about Systems” by Rob Shapland , Principal Cyber Security Consultant at First Base Technologies LLP. Rob will present an insightful view into the world of ethical hacking and hacking people as well as systems. For anyone who has seen Rob speak before this will be a very entertaining and useful session for our members.

Also back by popular demand, we will have a session with the ever entertaining and thought provoking project management guru Stephen Carver, Senior Lecturer in Project & Programme Management at Cranfield School of Management. Stephen will present a session on lessons we can learn from the shuttle space programme.

Finally Kalyan Talluri, Professor of Operations Management at Imperial College London presents on what is new and exciting about big data and analytics.  Kalyan covers what organizations need to do to take advantage of these developments and gives a high level overview of data, analytics and service automation and how it is making service firms more responsive and efficient.  In his talk, Kalyan will not only look at the technologies, but the strategies for adaptation as well.

The sessions will be followed by Christmas networking drinks (details as per the agenda)

We expect demand to be high and so please can all Litig members respond to the attendance survey from Peter Owen asap to reserve a place.  The meeting will be held at Hill Dickinson’s London office from 10am until 4pm (click here).
